Don't build houses where the river will flood, silly!
Great letter posted to The Gazette from Judy Harris - focus on the flood issues on the property. Even if there are garages under the apartments, any flood threat (which is imminent based on the history) on the property will be a massive disruption and liability to the community. Content below!
